Absolutely lovely experience from start to finish! š„° Mark was so helpful and lovely to deal with throughout, and Theo arrived safely and exactly as described.
Theo is such a sweet little grumpy guy and heās already all settled in and cosy here. ā¤ļø Iām really happy with him and so glad I took the chance on him!

As the first customer of the lovely Margotāsreborns site, I just first want to sayā¦ CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT!!! Your family was so kind, open, and honest. I first found out about this through Reddit. The dolls drew me in firstly, but the beautiful story behind the collection had me sold. I love reborn dolls, and my favorite thing is to take on dolls with a backstory and a prior home to bring them love and tlc. Kind of like Toy Story, hehe! The fact that I got to buy affordable dolls, and also support a very kind family is something I truly love doing. I cannot express the way communication was assuring, detailed, and quick! This experience has truly blew my mind. You have gained a supporter and a customer!!
P.S, the dolls were so neatly packaged in the box I was impressed!!
